“Hi Mike, I could not help myself from writing this note to inform you of the outstanding help one of your employees (Ben – career counselor) had given me over the past few days. My Name is Brian and I am 62 years old and was recently laid – off. 

With that said I called climber and spoke to Ben. He informed me of all the advantages of the company but also after selling me on the program he  walked me through how to navigate the entire system. From the beginning when I signed up to the end after learning to navigate, this period of time took on and off took 4 to 5 days and  about 3 to 4 hrs. a day. I am not the most computer literate person in the world but the purpose of this e-mail is to inform you that I am now thanks to Ben’s relentless patients, help , and understanding of my needs. I only wish that all company’s in this county was represented with customer service people like Ben. What a great representation of you and your company. Thank you.

I was unemployed for a couple of months and started to grow frustrated at responses. I always received compliments on my resume and did not think that was my problem until I used the resume evaluation. I got a a very meticulous and honest opinion about what was wrong with every part of my resume.

My revised resume made a big difference. I got more responses after posting my updated resume and within two weeks I landed a job in an extremely tough environment here in the DC at a time when people are being let go on a constant basis.
